Get the Right Machine for Your Oil Bottle Requirements

How to Choose the Right Edible Oil Bottle & Handle Bottle Blow Molding Machine

01

Define Your Container Volume

Container volume is the primary filter. If your target is below 1.5 L, the ES-2C130 is the highest-speed option at 1,800 bph. Containers in the 2–5 L range — the most common retail and wholesale oil bottle formats globally — are covered by the ES-2C200 and JS-2CB152. The 5 L ceiling is shared by both models, but they differ in preform capacity and transport architecture (see Step 3). For 10–20 L bulk containers, only the J-2C366(20L) is appropriate.

02

Confirm Your Required Output Rate

Output rate — measured in bottles per hour — determines whether the machine can meet your daily production target across your planned shift structure. Models in this series range from 700 bph (20 L containers) to 1,800 bph (1.5 L containers). Note that output rate decreases as container volume increases: larger containers require longer heating dwell, blowing, and cooling cycles. Calculate your daily bottle requirement, divide by available production hours, and compare the result against each model's rated bph before making a decision.

03

Match the Machine to Your Preform Specification

Preform weight, body length, and neck diameter must fall within the machine's design range. Heavy preforms (above 80 g) destined for 2–3 L containers benefit from the JS-2CB152's 128-position heating section, which provides longer conditioning dwell time for thorough heat penetration. Lighter preforms for smaller containers are efficiently handled by the ES-series standard heating configuration. For 20 L containers, preforms typically exceed 300 g and require sourcing from a specialized large-format preform supplier — confirm supply chain availability before specifying the J-2C366(20L).

04

Plan Your Utility Infrastructure

Each model has specific electrical, compressed air, and cooling water requirements that must be confirmed against your facility's infrastructure before installation. High-pressure air consumption ranges from 1,000–1,500 L/min (ES-2C130) to 12,500 L/min (J-2C366). Cooling water flow ranges from 30 L/min to 120 L/min. Electrical peak demand ranges from 42.5 kW to 86 kW. We provide complete utility load schedules for every model as part of the project planning process — request these documents before finalizing your facility preparation scope.

Quick-Select Decision Guide

You need: ≤ 1.5 L, high speed

→ ES-2C130 (1,800 bph)

You need: 2–5 L, wide neck

→ ES-2C200 (1,600 bph)

You need: 1–3 L, heavy preform

→ JS-2CB152 (1,600 bph)

You need: 3–5 L, bulk output

→ JS-2C200 (1,000 bph)

You need: 10–20 L bulk

→ J-2C366(20L) (700 bph)

Why Choose a Purpose-Built Oil Bottle Blow Molding Machine?

Handle Bottle Engineering

Front and rear handle profiles require specific mold geometry, stretch rod timing, and blowing pressure curves that standard machines are not configured for. This series handles both configurations without mechanical modification — just a mold change and parameter recall.

Wide Container Volume Range

The series covers 1,500 ml up to 22,000 ml in a single product family. Operators can select the model that matches their target container size rather than adapting an undersized or oversized machine to their production requirements.

Food-Grade PET Compatibility

All machine components that contact the preform or bottle during production are suitable for food-grade PET applications. The machines process virgin and certified recycled PET material grades that comply with food-contact regulations in major global markets.

Fully Automatic Operation

Preform feeding, heating, stretching, blowing, and ejection all operate without manual intervention. PLC touchscreen control with named production recipes allows repeatable startup after changeovers, reducing operator dependency and per-unit labor cost.
