3. Advanced Working Principle & Process<\/h2>\n

The core efficiency of the EP-HGY250-V4 Injection Stretch Blow Molding machine lies in its four-station rotational sequence. In the first station, the high-quality PET or PETG material is injected into a mold to form a precise preform with the final neck dimensions already established. Unlike the two-step blow moulding video demonstrations often seen, our one-step process moves the preform while it is still at an optimal temperature to the second station for temperature conditioning and optional tail cutting. This ensures that the molecular structure is perfectly primed for the third station: the stretch-blowing phase. Here, the preform is biaxially oriented using a stretch rod and high-pressure air, creating a container with superior barrier properties and transparency. Finally, the fourth station handles the automatic removal of the finished products. This closed-loop system significantly reduces the risk of contamination, making it a perfect replacement injection stretch blow moulding machine for facilities that currently rely on manual handling or separate injection and blowing equipment.
