Che cos'\u00e8 lo stampaggio a iniezione, stiro e soffiaggio (ISBM)?<\/h2>\n

Stampaggio a iniezione e stiro-soffiaggio (ISBM)<\/strong> \u00e8 un efficiente processo di stampaggio di contenitori in plastica ampiamente utilizzato per la produzione di prodotti in plastica cava ad alta precisione e ad alte prestazioni. Combina tre fasi chiave: stampaggio a iniezione, stiramento e stampaggio a soffiaggio<\/strong>, il tutto all'interno di un'unica macchina, eliminando la necessit\u00e0 di processi intermedi. Ci\u00f2 si traduce in un significativo miglioramento dell'efficienza produttiva e della coerenza del prodotto.<\/p>\n

Il processo inizia con stampaggio a iniezione<\/strong>, dove il materiale plastico grezzo viene iniettato in uno stampo per formare una preforma. La preforma viene quindi allungato<\/strong> per allineare le molecole del polimero, il che migliora la resistenza e la chiarezza del materiale. Infine, il stampaggio a soffiaggio<\/strong> fase in cui la preforma viene gonfiata nella forma desiderata, producendo in genere bottiglie, barattoli o altri contenitori cavi.<\/p>\n
